The lease period shall be for a base period plus four (4) twelve month option periods. The modular buildings specified will be used as office space and an operations center for approximately 30 personnel working on three shifts over a 24-hour period. The building will have locker spaces, desks, filing cabinets and a limited number of computer equipment. The buildings shall be constructed to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of the Virginia Building Code. The frame shall consist of hitch, axles, and I beam as required to transport the building. The frame shall be constructed to support the building's dead, live, and environmental loads, specified in the Virginia Building Code once the building is set on its foundation. The existing foundation is a combination of grass and concrete. The overall dimensions of the building shall be 80 ft long by 24 ft wide and maximum allowable height not to exceed 12 ft. Also, the requirement will have a line item to dispose and remove existing trailers. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. See Numbered Note 1.
