Furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation to resurface the existing Tennis Courts, Fac #9128 with post tension concrete cap. The installation of post-tensioned tendons shall be performed by a contractor that has successfully performed previous installation of the same nature, for a minimum of (3) three years of continuous building and construction projects of this type, and must have successfully completed (2) two similar structures in their own name. All post-tensioning shall be under the immediate control of a person experienced in this type of work in accordance with specifications and drawings for Project No. 94-0017. Performance period is 90 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contractor will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files.
