This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1799. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $400,000 annually with a base year and one option period. The anticipated issueposting date will be on or about July 5, 2000. The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuanceposting on Fort Drum's Web Page.
