Construct a 20' x 30' room in metal building 6470. Square off and frame up a 20' wide x 30' long room with 8' ceilings and 10' high walls. Install gypsum board, plywood, metal clad door with hardware, fluorescent light fixtures, electrical, phone lines, 2 1/2 ton heat, electric cooling package, and duct work. Install medium grade indoor/outdoor carpet. Paint interior drywall and exterior plywood. The period of performance is 35 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
