SOL IB150500043 DUE 072500 POC Richard Neider 605-574-3150 The work to be performed under these Contract Documents generally describes improvements to two existing, buried, potable, water storage reservoirs at Mount Rushmore National Memorial. One reservoir is 125,000 gallons and the other is 75,000 gallons. Work includes new fiberglass access ladders for existing reservoir entrances. Extensive cleaning, surface repair and preparation, and recoating of the reservoir interior and vault piping. Replacement of some existing ductile iron piping and valving. Disinfection of the reservoirs upon completion. One reservoir requires a new accessway with secured hatch and access ladder and one reservoir requires rehabilitation of the existing floor drain inlet. Other items as noted in contract documents.
