The work to be accomplished under this contract includes removal of existing hollow core concrete slabs and replace with new hollow core concrete slabs or composite slabs at the second floor of the Observation Tower on the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge. The work will also include removal and reinstallation of existing railings on the second floor. Additive bid items will include replacement of first floor concrete, painting of existing steel structure, and replacement of rails and stairs.
