This includes 15 calendar days to allow for mailing of contract award and submission/approval of required bonds. 3) Liquated damages shal be the sum of $200.00 for each calendar day of delay. 4) The basis of bid shall be lump sum for the entire work, complete. 5) Prepare a computerized critical path method (CPM) schedule that includes proposed engineering, procurement, construction and testing activities. The CPM schedule shall cover the time from contract award/notice to proceed to the contract completion date. The CPM schedule shall incorporate labe, equipment and quantity resource data as well as cost information. The principles and definitions of the terms used herein shall be set forth in AGCA CPS and Contract Clause "FAR 52.236-13, Schedules for Construction Contracts". 6) Contractor shall use the current version of the Sure Trak Software by Primavera Systems, Inc. which shall be capable of operating in a Windows environment. If the contractor chooses to use an equally capable program, the Contractor shall convert all data into Primavera Machine Readable Format (Lotus, D-Base, Excel, etc.) prior to submission of all schedule inputs, including but not limited to the initial schedule, monthly updates, and changes to the schedule. All required network analysis submissions and updates shall be submitted on 3-1/2 inch double sided, high density disks. The disks submittal requirement shall be in addition to any hard copy submittal required.
