The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for: 1 (EA) Copper Etching Machine with refrigeration unit to be installed and made ready; 1 (EA) Ferric Drip Pan (Polypropylene); 1 (EA) Polypropylene Wall Sink with Light and Training for 3 days for 2 BEP Technicians. See attached Specifications. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. The request for Quotation(RFQ)Number is 28-070. Delivery is requested within 15 days after receipt of order. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination within consignee_s premises, Room 502-A. Delivery will be made at the BEP Loading Dock at D Street, between 13th & 14th Sts., S.W., Washington, D.C. The basis for award shall be based on best value, technical, past performance and price. Suppliers must confirm that their equipment and accessories meet all technical specifications. Offerors shall submit Product Literature, or other information that demonstrates that the proposed equipment meets all technical specification requirements. Suppliers shall submit at least 3 references of customers whom they have sold this equipment to over the past 2 years. The Government may check other available Government and Non-Government sources for past performance information. All interested suppliers are requested to submit a written quotation that will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantage business or woman owned business).
