for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal
Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DAHA33-00-T-0021 is
issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 97-17. This synopsis/solicitation is set aside for
small business. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code is
3931. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates
is no more that 500 employees. The required items are as follows: ITEM

Case Vendor must be registered in (CCR) Central Contractor Registration
for award. All items/instruments must be delivered by 23 June 2000 and
will be delivered to the 122 Army Band, 8302 S Perimeter Rd, Bldg.
933, Columbus, Ohio 43217-5933. Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause's
52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52212-4 Contract
Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and
Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders
Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Additional Clauses

Clauses 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer Central
Contractor Registration and DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central
Contractor Registration are both required. The Government will award a
contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror
whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to
the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Price and availability to meet the delivery date. Ability to meet the
delivery date is significantly more important than price. Offers will
not be considered unless a completed copy of the provisions at FAR
52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial items is
