The CE&D will evaluate the feasibility of obtaining and converting the Russian SS-N-22 "MOSKIT" missile as a cost effective, threat-replicate U.S. target to meet the Supersonic Sea Skimming Target (SSST) mission under Foreign Comparative Test (FCT) Guidelines. The Russian SS-N-22 missile (North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) designator ("Sunburn")) is manufactured in and by the Republic of Russia.
