Contractor must have working knowledge of several languages of Eastern Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union; at least ten years experience working with population estimates and projections, as well as, fertility issues and trends in Eastern Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union and a PH.D in demography and/or statistics.
