The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to perform clean up and disposal, by incineration, of spilled or abandoned regulated medical waste from Navy properties throughout the Tidewater Virginia area, for the Navy Public Works Center, Norfolk, Virginia. The period of performance is for twelve months from the start date of the contract with four one-year option periods. The total contract duration shall not exceed 60 months. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. This procurement is NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
