All contractor operations shall be carried out in accordance with Federal, State and local laws, regulations and ordinances as they apply to handling, storage, transporting, treating and disposing of medical and incinerable waste. S.I.C. Code is 4953, "Refuse Systems", $6.0M. This requirement is for a base period and four option periods.
