The government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of funds. Performance-based services include snow plowing and snow removal, sanding and sand removal. The contract period for this commercial firm fixed price requirement will be effective from date of award through 5 years with actual performance 1 November through 30 April of each year. All responsive, responsible sources may submit a bid which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. To be eligible to receive a contract award from a Department of Defense (DoD) activity after 01 Jun 98, contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
