US Government is interested in leasing approx 110,000 to 138,000
rentable sq ft of class A office and related use space for the
Immigration and Naturalization Service District Office in the Seattle
metropolitan area. This requirement includes 68 on-site, secured
parking spaces and space for 3 oversize buses. In addition, parking
must be available within 2 blocks to accommodate 300 employees and
approx 1100 daily visitors. Delineated Area: North: Denny Way, South:
176th/180th, East: I-5/Interurban Ave/I-405/Hwy 167, West: Alaskan
Way/Hwy 99 South. Location in the Community: Priority will be given to
office locations with good proximity to the Courts, other law
enforcement agencies, the legal community, and easy access to airport.
The site must be accessible to adequate public transportation routes.
Office Requirement: Seeking either existing buildings or new
construction. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant improvements
are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space offered
in a multi-tenant building must have separate public and secured
entrances. Space must be located on the ground level and contiguous
floors, not to exceed a maximum of 6 floors. Exterior sheltered
entranced to accommodate 200 persons. Dog kennel on-site. Security
Requirements: 100 foot setback from street. Holding facility to be used
for less than 24-hour periods. Secured loading dock to accommodate two
large buses that hold approx 50 persons each. Owner and Agents:
