removal and disposal of existing built-up roofing, including aggregate
insulation, nailers, and existing gravel stop/roof edge. New fully
adhered EPDM rubber roofing over new oriented strand board (OSB) over
new insulation, including new treated wood nailers and roof edge
system. The OSB and insulation shall be mechanically fastened to the
existing concrete deck,and grounding the new roof edge to the existing
