Work includes the installation of a new air handling unit, concrete pad, intake plenum and louver, and associated utilities (piping, ductwork, controls, electrical). The utilities serving the existing AC-6 shall be removed at the end of the project. Minor asbestos abatement will be required. Test and balance of the AHU is also required.
