Provide all management, tools, equipment, labor and supervison necessary to perform OMEE services at the Mike O'Callaghan Federal Hospital (MOFH). Maintain the entire physical plant, including bldg. 1300 MOFH, bldg. 1301 Central Energy Plant (CEP)/War Readiness Material (WRM) Warehouse, bldg. 1305 Medical Administrations, parking lots, and grounds. Total operations and maintenance services include operation of electric generating plant(s), energy management and control systems (ECMS), ground maintenance and landscaping services. Prevent physical deterioration of the facilities and equipment, operate equipment, operate EMCS, operate and maintaing heating and water treatment plants, operate and maintain power production and related systems, maintain and repair televisison head end equipment/systems and installed patient televisions, maintain and repair all architictural features of the facilities, perform complete grounds maintenance services, and provide emergency service and disaster support. This acquisition will be awarded under 8(a) competitive procedures. Competition is restricted to 8(a) firms in SBA region IX. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 8744. The acquisition will be solicited in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15-Contracting by Negotiation. Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures will be utilized IAW FAR Part 15.
