Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to rehab HVAC systems serving offices and computer room in ARSC Log/Management Building at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. Work Items include but are not limited to: Basic Bid _ Remove existing multi-zone split system HVAC unit and ductwork. Install multiple split system HVAC units with economizer and ductwork. Replace existing computer room A/C units with new computer room A/C units. Install H.W. circulating pump and piping. Replace existing ceiling tiles and grid with new. Install power and control wiring to new HVAC units. The solicitation includes Unit Work Items to provide temporary HVAC during phases of construction based on certain work areas. The solicitation also includes Unit Work Items as follows: (1) replace 900 sf ceiling tiles and grid in Chiefs and Secretary_s office; (2) replace 720 sf ceiling tiles and grid in conference room; (3) replace 720 sf ceiling tiles and grid in Procurement room; and (4) replace 1440 sf ceiling tiles and grid in supply info services room. (Units are approximates.) All HVAC materials for the next phase shall be onsite before next phase work will be allowed to begin. Davis-Bacon Area Wage rates are applicable. The SIC Code is 1542.
