combined SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in
this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;
quotes are being requested. Solicitation no. 201810Q022 is issued as a
Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small
business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3715 truck
trailers. Small business size is 500 employees. This solicitation
document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. BACKGROUND: The U.S. Fish
& Wildlife Service, Sequoyah National Wildlife Service, Vian, Oklahoma,
requires a Lowboy Trailer with a capacity of 100,000 pounds.
DESCRIPTION: Furnish one each Lowboy trailer with the following
specifications: Lowboy Trailer, Model #: 22-RGN-50-3. Capacity --
100,000 pounds. Axles -- 3, Wet Line Kit in lieu of Power Pack,
beavertail-End Ramp, Brakes -- 16.5 x 7, Air with ABS,Wheels -- 8.25 x
22.5 Disc, Tires -- 255/70 R22.5, Main Frame -- 16" T-1, Side Frame
16" T-1, Cross Members -- 8 x 10#, Hitch -- 2" SAE, Elec. -- Truck
Lite, Flooring -- 2" Hardwood, Outriggers, D-Rings and Covers, Height
-- 26" (24" loaded),Width -- 102", Deck Length -- 20', Deck Width --
102". Quoters will include a copy of standard product literature in
sufficient detail to determine the product submitted meets the
specified requirements. FOB: Destination. Delivery Date: 60 days after
date of award. Delivery must be made on weekdays, excluding federal
holidays, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. local time. The contracting
officer will be notified 2 days prior to delivery date. DELIVERY:
Include fully assembled delivery to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,
Sequoyah National Wildlife Service, 3 miles South of Vian, Oklahoma,
74962. Warranty: quotes will include warranty period and warranty terms
and conditions. FAR provisions 52.212-11, Instructions to
Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to
the quoters offering the lowest price item that conforms to the
specification. Quoters must submit a completed copy of the provision at
FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification -- Commercial
Items, with its quote. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and
Conditions, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract
Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive
