The proposed procurement is for 1 each Hydromechanical Unit (HMU)Test Stand capable of testing Hamilton Standard HMUs, Woodward Governor HMUs, and T2 sensor assemblies in accordance with DMWR55-2915-340, DMWR1-2915-358 and specifications. General requirements will be to provide site preparation plan; functional test at Contractor's facility; delivery and installation; operation, maintenance and calibration manuals; test program software, source codes and other software; schematics and drawings; training of government personnel in the operation, maintenance and calibration of the HMU; and performing final acceptance tests on site.
