This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. N00178-00-Q-9074 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with incorporated provisions and clauses being those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. SIC Code 7372 with a $18.0 million annual receipts size standard is applicable to this acquisition. NSWCDD has a requirement for eight licenses of DOORS software produced by Quality Systems & Software, Inc. with associated media for use on PCs with the Windows NT operating system. Annual maintenance for the 8 licenses is also required. NSWCDD currently has licenses and media for another platform, therefore training is NOT required. Delivery to be made to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA by26 June 2000. Quotes should be on a F.O.B. Destination basis. Quotes must be received no later than 1:00 pm ET on 16 June 2000.
