This requirement is for the development and demonstration of an inert simulant for AA-2 solventless, double base propellent, in accordance with the statement of work. Delivery Schedule: 200 lbs of an inert simulant for AA-2 double base propellant, in pellet form that is suitable for feeding to a twin screw extruder due 120 days after award of contract. In addition there are optional tasks to support the demonstration of a continuous process for producing 2.75" rocket grains with solventless double base propellant.
