The Naval Research Laboratory's (NRL) synopsis posted at CBDNet on March 24, 2000 is modified to revise the period of performance and add options. The base contract will be one year with three one year options, a total of four years. The options may be exercised anytime within the existing contract. The solicitation will close approximately thirty (30) days after issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
