The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of the procurement is to provide technical assistance to the leadership of the HIV/AIDS Bureau in defining a specific plan and a set of defined initiatives to assist providers of care and Ryan White CARE Act grantees to understand the role of palliative care as a service modality for people with HIV/AIDS. This involves the development of a report on the proposed evolving role for HAB/HRSA in the field of palliative care, and a project proposal for each proposed HAB/HRSA initiative.
