Warren and Vandenberg AFBs. In addition to supply, Peterson's scope includes vehicle operation and maintenance and surface freight operations; Malmstrom's scope includes missile maintenance materiel control; F.E. Warren's scope includes missile maintenance materiel control, CE materiel control, and CE self-help store; and Vandenberg's scope includes 576th Flight Test materiel control and CE contract operated civil engineering supply store (COCESS). The total period of performance includes phase-in, basic year plus five option years. Phase-in at Peterson is 1 -- 30 Nov 2001. Basic year contract performance of supply and vehicle operations and maintenance at Peterson is 1 Dec 2001- 30 Sep 2002. Surface freight commences at Peterson in that basic year on 1 Apr 2002. Malmstrom's contract performance commences with the exercise of option year I on 1 Oct 2002, F.E. Warren's contract performance commences with the exercise of option year II on 1 Oct 2003, and Vandenberg's performance commences with the exercise of option year IV on 1 Oct 2005. This acquisition is NOT an OMB A-76 study. The draft SOW, Sections L&M, Award Fee Plan, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and milestones are scheduled to be released through EPS web site the week of 12 Jun 2000.
