Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Alaska Division of Emergency Services for the Pacific Marine Environmental lab. Purpose of proposed contract is to transfer funds to support the Tsunami Hazard Mitigation Implementation Plan. This is a government-to-government transfer of funds.
