Grainey, Contract Specialist, 505-248-6793 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, Region 2, seeks proposals to furnish all facilities, labor,
materials, equipment to fabricate and deliver miscellaneous exhibits.
Region 2 encompasses the four states of Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma,
and Texas. Exhibits is defined as including, but not limited to
dioramas, and associated cabinetwork, interpretive panels, audio/visual
programs, graphics photomurals, fixtures, background painting and audio
mechanical. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract
(IQC). Ordering will be by separate task order for actual requirements.
The solicitation will contain a 12-month base period and 4 12-month
option periods. The solicitation is set aside for 100% small business.
The SIC is 7389, size standard is $5.0 million. The place of
performance is unknown. A wage determination has been required for
Tallahassee, Florida, in Leon County; Layfette, Colorado, in Boulder
County; Salt Lake City, Utal, in Salt Lake County; Hagerstown,
Maryland, in Washington County; Cumberland, Maryland, in Allegheny
County; Cave Creek, Arizona, in Maricodopa County; and Santa Fe, New
Mexico, in Santa Fe County. The contracting officer will request
additional wage determinations if requested to do so in writing within
20 calendar days before the solicitation due date. The solicitation
will allow for and it is anticipated that multiple awards will be made
from this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsive,
responsible offeror after evaluation of price and technical proposals.
It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued by July 16, 2000.
A response due date has not yet been established. It is estimated that
evaluation and award will be made by September 5, 2000. Requests for

FAX to 505-248-6791, to the attention of Monica Huerta, or by mail to
the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services,
P.O. Box 1306, Albuquerque, NM 87103-1306. Reference Solicitation No.
