Mumford 606/297-3127 Work consists of renovationing four bathhouses at Hardin Ridge. Includes stripping out existing interior walls and toilet partitions and replacing with new. New toilets, urinals, sinks, partitions and mirrors to be provided and installed. Portions of exterior wall will be replaced on two of the buildings. Remove exisitng screens and louvers in doors and windows. Replace with stainless steel screen and/or wall framing. Paint exterior and interior surfaces to match. Replace existing door closures. Add new electrical service. One building will require removing old roof and installing new. Two buildings require sloped concrete entrys. Work will include asbestoes abatement.
