This procurement is a Firm-Fixed Price, HUBZONE SET ASIDE contract and includes demolition, insulation, built-up asphalt roofing, flashings, reinstallation of exhaust fans and air handling units, handling of asbestos materials and incidental related work. Buildings in Area 53 lie within the flood zone. Total contract duration is 360 days. Bid opening is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. PST, August 1, 2000 at Building 22101, Officer in Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA.
