Work consists of furnishing all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tool, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals and performing all operations in connection with constructing a 4000 square foot addition to the existing Youth Center and build a new 4250 square foot Youth Center Annex. The contractor shall also provide all necessary HVAC, plumbing and associated paving. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. The performance period for this contract is expected to be 365 calendar days. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed procurement is unrestricted for all offerors. This procurement will be awarded on a Best Value Basis. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1542. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generatedby the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
