Modify previously submitted project posted in CBDNet on May 25, 2000 by adding the following: sub item 2A will include the supply, delivery and application of an estimated 440 tons of emulsified liquid asphalt (asphalt, water and an emulsifying agent with stablizer), at the following location: BLM's Keno Access Road (18.2 miles) located in Klamath County, Oregon. In addition, the Contractor shall provide under sub item 2B an hourly rate for the Distributor Truck Standby Time and under sub item 2C the Tanker Truck Standby Time which are both estimated at 10 hours each. Submit unit price for each sub item (A, B, and C) with a total for each sub item and a total for Item 1 and a total for Item 2.
