The instrument must have the capacity to monitor the absorption spectra, fluorescence emission at two wavelengths, fluorescence anisotropy, and optionally, the fluorescence emission spectra. The instrument must have a deed time of less than two msec, and have the ability to carry out three sample mixing. The minimum sample volume required per experiment must be 300 microliter or less with less than 40 microliter of a reactant per shot. In addition, the instrument must be suitable for following reactions that take less than a second to many minutes. To the best of the Governments knowledge they are the sole manufacturer and distributor of this equipment.
