This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis. This sources sought synopsis requests information needed by the Government prior to release of any potential solicitation. Details follow: please read this entire synopsis. OFFERORS MUST RESPOND TO THE QUESTIONS CONTAINED (BELOW) IN THIS SYNOPSIS. This is not a request for proposals or quotes and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The 180th Fighter Wing, 2660 S. Eber Road, Swanton, Ohio is seeking sources capable of providing monthly cellular phone services for approximately 14 cellular phones, which 13 are analog and 1 is digital. The proposed contract will be for a base period of one (1)year with a provision for three (3) option years at the 180th FW, Swanton Ohio and 200th RHS,Camp Perry, Port Clinton, Ohio Air Nationla Guard units.The need is for cellular phone services for existing government-owned cellular phones for a four-year period commencing October 1, 2000 and ending September 30, 2004. This will involve activiation and deactivation charges,monthly access fees, roaming, airtime, directory assistance charges, long distance airtime,etc. for 14 cellular phones in various area codes located in Ohio and boarding states. The requirement will request "various plans" for this service.
