The Pacific southwest Region of the U.S. has a need for the professional services of natural resource specialist such as: soil scientist, hydrologists, ecologists, botanist, wildlife biologist, and fisheries biologists, to serve as team members/subject matter specialist in the field and office portions of a rapid paced Burned Area Emergency Rehabilitation survey, assessment, and prescription development evaluation. These services are needed during and immediately following wildfires and will be ordered on a call-when-needed basis. Contractors will be required to have prior Burned Area Emergency Rehabilitation Experience. The Forest Service intends to enter into Basic Ordering Agreements with qualified candidates. Tne number of agreements issued will be on an as needed basis. A Basic Ordering Agreement is not a contract and only sets forth the terms and conditions that will apply to any future work.
