PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The proposed procurement is a small business
set-aside. The SIC CODE is 8734 with associated standard of $5.0M. FAR
Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, will be used for this
acquisition. The purpose of this contract is for the on-site
development and testing of the Women's Air Force Uniform tuck-in shirt
in support of the Air Force Clothing Office (311 HSW/YACL), Wright
Patterson AFB, OH. The effort encompasses program management,
participant testing, data base management, and analysis. Analysis will
be conducted to refine fit requirements and validate modification to
determine suitability of changes. Period of Performance will be
approximately 01 August 00 -- 31 July 2001. (base Period) Two (2)
one-year options may be awarded. The solicitation/RFP will be issued
electronically and will be posted on the Air Force's Pre Award
Information Exchange System (PIXS) web site at:
