This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for Maintenance/Repair/Servicing of Fire Alarm Systems to determine if there are any private sector offerors and/or other Federal Agencies interested and capable of providing Maintenance/Repair/Servicing installed fire alarm systems. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, parts, tools, labor, and other items and services to review the current inspection, test, and maintenance status of all installed fire extinguishing systems and automatic fire alarm systems; perform inspection of all systems; perform functional, operational testing; perform recurring preventive maintenance; and perform corrective maintenance on all systems IAW applicable NFPA standards and manufacturers instructions. Contractor shall also perform urgent service within 24 hours (complete within 5 working days) and perform emergency services within 30 minutes during normal duty hours and 2 hours after duty hours to repair all installed fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm systems as determined by the Government. This is not a request for proposal, but for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
