The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a class of orders for a period of one year, under BOA N00019-96-G-0052 with Raytheon Systems Company, Goleta, CA, for Change Kits, Engineering Services, Engineering, prototyping and testing, installation of change kits, support equipment, integration of the ALR-67(V)3, and engineering services in support of the AN/ALR-67(V)3 Countermeasures Receiving Sets and related test program sets. These orders will also include Engineering and Logistics Investigations/Studies, Spare and Repair Parts and Repair of Repairables, Contractor Engineering/Technical Support, Contractor Facility or Government Facility on-site training and Engineering Drawings and Retrofit Changes for the AN/ALR-67(V)3 Special Receiver. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the AN/ALR-67(V)3 Receiver, Raytheon Systems Company, is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time-frame.
