The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO)is seeking to identify sources to provide professional recruiting services. OFHEO intends to issue a small purchase for at least one firm. The firms will be required to refer qualified candidates for software programming and very sophisticated financial related positions to be identified in a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Organizations possessing qualifications are invited to submit organizational information to OFHEO. This is not a request for proposal nor a promise to contract. OFHEO will not pay any cost associated with the preparation and submission of organizational data. Responses must be submitted within 15 days of this notice. No solicitation exists.
