UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office and related space must be contiguous and on one level without being split by a public corridor. Ground floor is preferable. Space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. 86 parking spaces are required to be available on site or within 600 feet (or two blocks, whichever is less) and must be within reasonable commercial rates.
