This requirement intends to be a sole-source procurement to FACET USA INC, 9910 E. North Street, Tulsa, OK 74117-4011. A Justification and Approval is being processed for this requirement. This requirement shall be a FACET model OPB-10NP/SR02. This requirement shall be sized for installation on LSV and LSU surface vessels. The manufacturer's standard operating and maintenance and installation manuals shall be provided. There is a requirement for ten (10) options, quantity one each, of Oily Water Separators. This is a commercial item and shall be procured under FAR 13.5 " Test Program for Certain Commercial Items." Delivery shall be to Naval Surface Warfare Center in Philadelphia, PA and shall be delivered before 31 July 2000. All technical documentation must be submitted in the English language. All interested parties must respond by 20 June 2000.
