A contract for the period of July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2001 is anticipated. Interested parties have 10 days from publication of this synopsis to submit in writing their qualifications/capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the 10 days or without sufficient information to enable the GOVERNMENT to determine that a firm is qualified and capable to perform contract requirements, will be deemed nonresponsive to the synopsis and will not be considered.
