It is the intent of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to award a sole source purchase order with TEAC America, Inc., 7733 Telegraph Road, Montebello, CA 90640. The current requirement is for the purchase of thirteen (13) each Airborne Tape Recorder Ground Control Units, TEAC P/N VS-83-F, to be delivered 90 days after date of order. The Government intends to negotiate this purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. TEAC is the sole designer and manufacturer of this equipment and owns all rights to technical data and drawings. The Government intends to process this procurement on a sole source basis with TEAC America.
