This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1) Quantity Forty-Five (45) Level 1 (commercial) Digital Output Boards; 2) Quantity Forty-Two (42) Level 4 (conduction cooled) Digital Output Boards; 3) Quantity Forty-Five (45) Level 1 (commercial) Digital Input Boards; 4) Quantity One (1) Digital Output Drivers Software; 5) Quantity One (1) Digital Input Drivers Software. Three (3) options will be provided for purchasing additional boards of each configuration in the future. Each option will allow the procurement of a minimum of six (6) boards to a maximum of twelve (12) boards. Required specifications are attached. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-18. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3577 and 1,000, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to JSC is required 90 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9.
