The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, professional expertise, attendance at cemetery staff meetings, equipment, products/product lists, materials, and planning tools to include but not inclusive: time lines, bench marking, schedules, grounds maintenance plans, preventive/maintenance schedules, and ADP record keeping, necessary to sufficiently meet the requirements to maintain a healthy, aesthetic grounds appearance to include mowing, trimming, grave maintenance, fertilization, maintaining proper pH levels, aeration, thatching, tree/shrub care, edging, floral pick up, electronic record keeping/reporting, etc. .
