The objective of this effort for the ARL and the University is to provide training and experience for students through participation in performance of the research effort while obtaining technical documentation on the diagnostic value of specific tests and the effects of type and level of background noise on speech intelligibility. The contractor shall develop a research proposal based on a literature review, implement the research, and sumit technical report. The project requires travel between ARL-HRED and NCA&TU.
