This is a modification of the previously issued synopsis dated 25 APR 00 for contractor support for various branches of its Chemistry Division. The purpose of this modification is to indicate that this action will be for a base period of one year with options for four additional one year periods. NRL had previously indicated that this effort would have a five year period of performance. As previously indicated, multiple awards may be made against this solicitation. The solicitation will close 30 days after the issuance date. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs.
