The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is contemplating the award of a three-month sole-source, non-commercial purchase order to APCG (with sub to SAIC) for continuation of on-going agency efforts in the area of performance measurement. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). APCG, a small, disadvantaged, woman-owned company was selected for this task because of their previous work done and previous performance at the federal level and at DISA.
