The Pacific Southwest Region of the U.S. Forest Service has periodic need for the services to provide aerial color infrared digital imagery and the associated mosaicing and geo-referencing of the images for use in burn intensity mapping by Forest Service Burned Area Emergency Rehabilitation (BAER) Teams on a call-when-needed basis. The Forest Service intends to enter into Basic Ordering Agreements with qualified candidates. The number of agreements issued will be on an as needed basis. A basic Ordering Agreement is not a contract and only sets forth the terms and conditions that will apply to any future work.
