This solicitation is being issued to obtain offers for the operation of the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) at Moody AFB GA. Contractor to set up and maintain a store in a Government owned facility and will be responsible for furnishing Civil Engineering related supplies for use on Moody AFB. Typical categories for supplies include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, paint, HVAC, ready-mix concrete, sand rock and gravel. This solicitation will be unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this procurement is 5211. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with up to two (2) option years, the total contract will not exceed three (3) years. This will be awarded as a Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The evaluation factors shall be past performance and price.
